Refund Policy

To return a jewelry item, simply call us at 1-917-796-0547 or email us at info@missionatelier.com and request a return authorization number. Your number will be provided to you and a return document will be emailed, which you will need to print and place within your package.

For a refund back to your credit card, items must be returned within 14 days and must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned.

Items received within 30 days of delivery are allowed to be returned for store credit. Store credit will be valid for 1 year. Items returned for store credit must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of your delivery. Again, products returned must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliver your new product.

Sale: Mission Atelier sale items are final sale and are not returnable for refund nor store credit. 

Engraved/Personalized: Any items that have engraving or any personalization made to them are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges due to the customization of each item. We will partner with you to the best of our ability to make sure you are 100% satisfied. 

Shipping/Handling: If the return is a result of our error, process a return of the item with our Returns Department for a refund of the appropriate shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded otherwise.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Shipping Returns: For shipping your return to us, we suggest using UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. While this will not be refunded to you, it will protect you from packages lost in transit. Please be sure to keep your tracking number until your package has been received.

Refund Receipt: After a return has been received, it can take up to 20 business days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.

For clothing, only store credit is available within 14 days with receipt, tags on and in original condition. Customer pays for return shipping.
